WARRANTY

RFHS LUXURY . COM selected runs exclusive top quality European brands. All products are warranted by RFHS to the owner for 1 year from the date of original purchase against defects in material or from workmanship.

Every piece found to be defective under this guarantee will be at RFHS's discretion either replaced or substituted. Due to our limited collections, please understand that it cannot be guaranteed that the consumer will receive the same design but a piece of comparable value.

Defects resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, accident, modifications, negligence or attempted repairs are excluded from this guarantee. The guarantee and the above mentioned solution are sole and exclusive. However, indispensable legal right of the final consumer under applicable national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods are not affected by the guarantee.

In no event RFHS LUXURY . COM will be liable for any other damages occuring from delivered product. RFHS warrants that the product purchased from our online shop is free from defects in workmanship, materials, or manufacturing.

REPAIRS

RFHS LUXURY . COM stands with its exclusive brands for highest quality in material composition and craftmanship. However if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, please return it to indicated customer service offices. The RFHS team will advise you and take care of the return.

Products can only be returned in original condition including labels and giftbox packaging. In respect for the workers who handle your return, the returned product needs to be clean.

Please ensure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. RFHS LUXURY . COM cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

Typical turnaround time for Quality returns with shipping is about five weeks, but may be longer during periods of high volume.
