PROCESS TIME
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days after they are received. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Tuesday at the latest. Nevertheless most of the orders get dispatched within 24 hours when placed on a working day.

In the case your ordered item runs out of stock, you will be informed immediately by email and the selected product will be dispatched after return. If you do not prefer to wait or if the item cannot be delivered within 15 working days from original order date, we will refund the payment without any additional costs.

SHIPPING
When overseas the parcel goes by airfright to your destination, and should arrive there within 7-10 working days for most of the countries in Europe, America and Asia. Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.

Please note: Your parcel can be delayed by local customs. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.
